If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or enroll in the Mentorship.

These Terms should be read together with any applicable Mentorship Agreement, order form, checkout disclosures, Privacy Policy, and other written terms expressly incorporated into your transaction.

1. THE BLOCKCHAIN BULLHORN™ ELITE MENTORSHIP

The Blockchain Bullhorn™ Elite Mentorship is a premium educational and coaching program designed to help Participants develop greater knowledge, discipline, structure, and skill relating to cryptocurrency markets and trading.

Depending upon the specific offer purchased, the Mentorship may include:

  • Private one-on-one coaching sessions;

  • Group mentorship sessions;

  • Cryptocurrency market education;

  • Proprietary trading frameworks and methodologies;

  • Trader assessments and diagnostic tools;

  • Personalized educational action plans;

  • Access to educational courses;

  • Proprietary software and trading tools;

  • Artificial intelligence-assisted educational systems;

  • Worksheets, guides, checklists, and reference materials;

  • Recordings and replays;

  • Email or other support;

  • Implementation exercises;

  • Community access; and

  • Other resources made available by Blockchain Bullhorn.

The specific duration, number of sessions, access period, commencement date, cohort, deliverables, and other benefits included in your purchase will be identified in the offer presented to you at enrollment.

2. APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE

The Blockchain Bullhorn™ Elite Mentorship is a selective program and may require an application and approval before enrollment.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Blockchain Bullhorn reserves the right to accept or decline applicants in its reasonable discretion, subject to applicable law.

Acceptance into the Mentorship does not constitute a representation or guarantee regarding your ability to achieve any particular trading, investment, financial, business, or personal result.

3. PROGRAM TERM AND COHORT ASSIGNMENT

Participants may be assigned to a specific cohort, commencement date, or onboarding period.

Due to the personalized nature of the Mentorship and limitations on coaching capacity, Participants may begin at different times.

Payment and enrollment therefore do not necessarily mean that all private coaching services begin immediately.

Before a Participant's first coaching session, Blockchain Bullhorn may provide onboarding materials, questionnaires, assessments, courses, software, educational materials, or other resources.

Blockchain Bullhorn may reasonably modify session dates, schedules, platforms, instructors, delivery methods, or cohort assignments when operationally necessary, provided the overall material value of the purchased Mentorship is not substantially reduced.

4. TUITION

The tuition applicable to your enrollment will be displayed before purchase.

Where the Blockchain Bullhorn™ Elite Mentorship is offered at its standard $10,000 USD tuition, enrollment may be made through one of the payment options made available at checkout.

Payment in Full

$10,000 USD due at enrollment.

Approved Enrollment Payment Structure

If expressly offered at checkout or in writing, the tuition may be structured as:

$2,500 USD enrollment payment, followed by

$7,500 USD remaining tuition, payable according to the deadline disclosed during enrollment, which may be thirty (30) days before the Participant's scheduled cohort begins.

A payment arrangement merely divides payment of the tuition. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, it does not convert the Mentorship into a monthly subscription or month-to-month program.

Participants are responsible for amounts validly incurred under their selected payment arrangement, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

5. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

You authorize Power of Publish, Blockchain Bullhorn, and their authorized payment processors to process charges that you have expressly agreed to in connection with your enrollment.

If your purchase includes future scheduled payments, you authorize those payments according to the payment schedule disclosed and accepted at checkout.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payment information while an outstanding balance remains.

Failed payments may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

The Blockchain Bullhorn™ Elite Mentorship is a premium, limited-capacity program involving advance scheduling, individualized preparation, proprietary intellectual property, digital materials, administrative resources, onboarding, assessments, technology, and reserved coaching capacity.

Refund Policy. Due to the limited-capacity nature of the Blockchain Bullhorn™ Elite Mentorship, the reservation of coaching capacity, advance preparation, onboarding, access to proprietary educational materials, digital resources, software, assessments, and other services made available upon enrollment, all payments are non-refundable once the applicable services, access, materials, or reserved capacity have been provided or committed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If Blockchain Bullhorn materially fails to provide the services purchased and does not provide a reasonably comparable replacement, rescheduling opportunity, or other appropriate remedy, any unearned amounts will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the applicable enrollment agreement.

Enrollment Payment. The initial $2,500 enrollment payment secures limited mentorship capacity and may also cover administrative onboarding, assessments, access to materials, software, and other resources. To the extent permitted by law, the enrollment payment becomes non-refundable once those services, materials, access rights, or reserved capacity are provided or committed.

Then:

Remaining Tuition. The remaining $7,500 becomes due according to the payment schedule accepted at enrollment. Once paid and once the applicable mentorship services, access, preparation, or reserved capacity have been provided or committed, such amounts are non-refundable except where required by law.

A Participant’s decision not to attend, failure to complete assignments, change of mind, change in financial circumstances, inability to implement the educational material, or dissatisfaction with personal trading or investment results does not, by itself, create a right to a refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, amounts expressly identified as non-refundable at checkout or in an applicable Mentorship Agreement will be treated accordingly after the associated access, materials, services, onboarding, preparation, or reserved capacity have been provided or committed.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate or waive a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

If Blockchain Bullhorn cancels the Mentorship entirely and does not provide the Participant with the purchased services or a reasonably comparable alternative, unearned amounts will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the applicable purchase agreement.

7. SCHEDULING, RESCHEDULING AND MISSED SESSIONS

Private mentorship sessions reserve time specifically for the Participant.

Participants should provide at least 48 hours' notice when requesting to reschedule a private session unless otherwise specified in their Mentorship Agreement.

Except where otherwise required by law or agreed in writing:

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be considered used.

  • No-show sessions may be considered used.

  • Repeated rescheduling may result in reassignment to the next available coaching window.

  • Sessions must generally be completed during the applicable Mentorship term.

  • Unused sessions do not automatically extend the Mentorship term.

Reasonable exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies.

If Blockchain Bullhorn cancels or reschedules a coaching session, the affected Participant will receive a replacement opportunity.

8. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Mentorship provides education, frameworks, tools, and coaching. Successful participation also requires action by the Participant.

Participants agree to take reasonable responsibility for:

  • Completing requested questionnaires and assessments;

  • Attending scheduled sessions;

  • Reviewing applicable educational material;

  • Practicing the concepts taught;

  • Providing accurate information;

  • Conducting independent research and due diligence;

  • Managing their own financial accounts;

  • Protecting account credentials and digital assets;

  • Making their own trading and investment decisions; and

  • Obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.

Blockchain Bullhorn cannot control whether or how a Participant implements the information provided.

9. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE — NOT FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE

THE BLOCKCHAIN BULLHORN™ ELITE MENTORSHIP IS AN EDUCATIONAL AND COACHING PROGRAM.

Nothing contained within the Mentorship constitutes individualized:

  • Investment advice;

  • Financial advice;

  • Securities advice;

  • Commodity trading advice;

  • Legal advice;

  • Accounting advice;

  • Tax advice; or

  • Investment management.

Discussion of cryptocurrencies, exchanges, technical indicators, market structures, charts, leverage, price levels, entries, exits, historical trades, hypothetical trades, trading systems, risk management, or market scenarios is provided for educational purposes.

Even where educational coaching is personalized to a Participant's experience, goals, knowledge, or trading behavior, the Participant remains solely responsible for deciding whether to buy, sell, hold, trade, or otherwise transact in any asset.

10. CRYPTOCURRENCY AND TRADING RISK

CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK.

Cryptocurrency and digital asset prices may be extremely volatile.

You may lose some or all of the capital you deploy.

Trading using leverage, margin, futures, perpetual contracts, derivatives, or similar instruments may significantly magnify both gains and losses and can result in rapid liquidation.

No Blockchain Bullhorn methodology, indicator, chart pattern, trading system, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, risk-management technique, or educational framework eliminates market risk.

Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Historical market behavior does not guarantee future market behavior.

You should not trade or invest capital that you cannot afford to lose.

11. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Blockchain Bullhorn makes no guarantee regarding:

  • Profits;

  • Investment returns;

  • Trading performance;

  • Account growth;

  • Win rates;

  • Income;

  • Wealth creation;

  • Avoidance of losses;

  • Portfolio performance;

  • Business results; or

  • Any other financial outcome.

Testimonials, screenshots, trading examples, historical transactions, demonstrations, case studies, hypothetical scenarios, simulations, projections, and Participant experiences are illustrative only.

Individual results vary.

No example presented by Blockchain Bullhorn should be interpreted as a promise that another Participant will obtain identical or similar results.

12. PARTICIPANT CONTROL OF FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS

Participants maintain complete control over their cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, brokerage accounts, banking accounts, and other financial accounts.

Blockchain Bullhorn does not require Participants to surrender custody of their funds as a condition of Mentorship participation.

NEVER PROVIDE BLOCKCHAIN BULLHORN, ANOTHER PARTICIPANT, OR ANY UNAUTHORIZED PERSON WITH YOUR SEED PHRASE, PRIVATE KEYS, ACCOUNT PASSWORDS, OR TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION CODES.

The Participant makes the final decision concerning every financial transaction.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

Blockchain Bullhorn may discuss, demonstrate, recommend, or provide links to third-party exchanges, wallets, software, charting platforms, technology providers, educational tools, or other products and services.

Power of Publish and/or Blockchain Bullhorn may maintain affiliate, referral, or other commercial relationships with certain third parties and may receive commissions or other compensation when Participants use qualifying referral links or services.

Material relationships will be disclosed where required by applicable law.

Third-party businesses operate independently from Blockchain Bullhorn.

Blockchain Bullhorn is not responsible for third-party:

  • Platform outages;

Participants should independently evaluate third-party platforms before depositing funds or conducting transactions.

14. SOFTWARE, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND DIGITAL TOOLS

The Mentorship may include proprietary or third-party software, calculators, artificial intelligence systems, trading tools, diagnostic systems, or other technology.

Such tools are educational and informational.

Artificial intelligence and software-generated outputs may contain errors, incomplete information, outdated information, incorrect assumptions, or technical limitations.

Participants should independently evaluate outputs before making decisions.

Blockchain Bullhorn does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of any software or technology.

  • Presentations;

  • Graphics;

  • Recordings;

  • PDFs;

  • Calculators;

  • Templates;

  • Written materials;

  • Trading methodologies; and

  • Other proprietary educational content.

Enrollment grants the Participant a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use applicable materials solely for personal educational purposes.

Participants may not, without written authorization:

  • Reproduce the materials;

  • Sell them;

Unauthorized distribution or commercial exploitation may result in termination and pursuit of available legal remedies.

16. CONFIDENTIALITY

Mentorship Participants may encounter confidential information belonging to Blockchain Bullhorn or other Participants.

Recordings may be made available to Participants for educational purposes.

Where consent is legally required, appropriate consent will be obtained.

Participants may not independently record, reproduce, livestream, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit Mentorship sessions without written authorization and any legally required consent.

Separate promotional use of an identifiable Participant's name, likeness, voice, testimonial, or story will be subject to applicable consent requirements.

18. TESTIMONIALS

Participants may voluntarily provide testimonials, reviews, or feedback.

Providing a testimonial is not required to participate in or receive the Mentorship.

Any testimonial used by Blockchain Bullhorn will be presented subject to applicable advertising and disclosure requirements.

Testimonials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee future results.

19. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Blockchain Bullhorn intends to maintain a professional and productive Mentorship environment.

The following may result in suspension or removal:

  • Harassment;

  • Threats;

  • Fraud;

  • Discriminatory or abusive behavior;

  • Deliberate disruption;

  • Unauthorized solicitation;

  • Theft or misuse of intellectual property;

  • Unauthorized credential sharing;

  • Illegal activity; or

  • Material violations of these Terms.

Any financial consequences of termination will be determined according to these Terms, the applicable Mentorship Agreement, and applicable law.

20. WITHDRAWAL BY PARTICIPANT

Participants may request withdrawal from the Mentorship by contacting:

Withdrawal does not automatically extinguish payment obligations validly incurred before withdrawal.

Any applicable cancellation or refund rights will be determined according to the terms accepted at enrollment and applicable law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POWER OF PUBLISH, BLOCKCHAIN BULLHORN, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE MENTORSHIP, USE OF EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION, USE OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR A PARTICIPANT'S TRADING OR INVESTMENT DECISIONS.

Nothing contained herein excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

24. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Power of Publish, Blockchain Bullhorn, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims arising from a Participant's:

  • Unlawful conduct;

  • Material breach of these Terms;

  • Misuse of Mentorship intellectual property; or

  • Infringement of another person's rights.

This provision does not require indemnification where such indemnification would be prohibited by law.

25. FORCE MAJEURE

Blockchain Bullhorn will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including natural disasters, severe weather, widespread infrastructure or internet failures, governmental actions, war, civil unrest, public health emergencies, or major third-party platform failures.

Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes through written communication.

29. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

Participants who believe a payment was processed incorrectly are encouraged to contact:

legal[@]powerofpublish.com

Nothing in these Terms prevents a Participant from exercising lawful rights through their bank, card issuer, payment processor, or applicable consumer-protection laws.

Blockchain Bullhorn may provide its payment processor or financial institution with records reasonably necessary to respond to a payment dispute, including:

  • Enrollment records;

  • Checkout acceptance records;

  • IP or transaction records where lawfully maintained;

  • Communications;

Fraudulent payment activity may result in suspension or termination of Mentorship access and other remedies permitted by law.

These Terms are intended to be accepted electronically.

Where the checkout process requires the purchaser to affirmatively acknowledge these Terms, that electronic acceptance constitutes the Participant's agreement to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

No handwritten signature is required merely because these Terms are published electronically.

The Company may maintain electronic records relating to the Participant's acceptance, transaction, payment, and enrollment.

31. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS

Blockchain Bullhorn may update these Terms for legal, regulatory, security, administrative, or operational reasons.

Material changes will not retroactively eliminate material contractual rights of existing Participants where doing so would violate applicable law.

The Terms applicable to a Participant's purchase may be retained as part of the Company's transaction records.

32. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law.

33. NO WAIVER

Failure by Blockchain Bullhorn or Power of Publish to enforce any provision on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

34. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Participant's applicable checkout disclosures, order confirmation, Privacy Policy, Mentorship Agreement where applicable, and any other documents expressly incorporated into the transaction, constitute the agreement governing enrollment.
